Overview
At Destila, I worked across React interfaces, FastAPI services, PostgreSQL business logic, and Azure environments. The platform combines ERP and planning data to help manufacturing teams understand delayed orders, material shortages, and next actions.

Problem
Operational data needed to become consistent, explainable decisions. That required reliable identity and permissions, matching numbers across reports and exception views, and workflows that could turn unstructured notes into useful tasks.
Approach
- 01
Implemented Microsoft Entra External ID authentication, server-side token validation, and database-driven role, page, and action permissions across four repositories.

Built a notes-to-tasks LLM workflow with structured output and deterministic guardrails. Used a custom evaluation harness to compare prompts and validate task creation, updates, and due-date changes.

Rebuilt a procurement-readiness report as a native FastAPI and React module, tracing mismatches through the ETL, bill-of-materials resolution, and reporting layers.

Evolved the PL/pgSQL exception engine with database migrations, golden tests, and before/after comparisons; contributed production-planning and workspace interfaces and deployed to Azure test and development environments.
Outcome
- Raised notes-to-tasks accuracy from 88.8% to 95.0% in the evaluation harness while reducing prompt size by 58%.
- Matched all 296 purchase orders in the reference procurement-readiness report during parity verification.
- Delivered identity and authorization changes, tested SQL engine improvements, and integrated full-stack modules with verified releases to Azure test and development environments.
